Pool Usage: The swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Use of the pool by minors (ages 0-12) is permitted exclusively under the continuous and strict supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Diving and running in the surrounding pool area are strictly prohibited due to the risk of slipping and injury.

General Safety: Parents/guardians bear sole responsibility for the safety and physical well-being of their children across all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

Liability Waiver: By confirming a reservation, guests expressly acknowledge and agree that they assume full responsibility for the supervision of all minors in their party. KALMA LIVING and the property management KYTHNOS FOR ALL EE shall not be held liable (civilly or criminally) for any accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision or failure to comply with safety rules during their stay."
